Last week we were invited to Motel HQ for an evening of Festival prep, pampering and partying!

The Motel gals laid on some great treats for us, as well as showing off their amazing new summer edit and festival wear.

On hand were the creative talents of Reecy Roos who have just taken over the nail bar at Topshop Oxford Circus. Armed with an array of summer shades and pro nail art skills, the girls got our talons in shape for the festival season. We fell in love with the sisters from The Henna Den, who created the most amazing intricate designs, complete with glitter! The make all their own henna from scratch so there’s no nasty chemicals and suitable for sensitive skin too. It lasts for ages so its perfect for summer.

Our ladies from Seekers of The Sun showed us the best way to accessorise this summer without filling your bag with jewellery. Their metallic temporary tattoos are the perfect festival accessory as they look incredible, last for days and you don’t end up loosing your bangles all over the festival field! San Tropez had us looking sun kissed with a cheeky spray tan, and Fudge Urban gave us a crash course in festival hair with their spray chalk colours. No festival outfit is complete without a statement headpiece and Tallulah Minxy had plenty of colourful, feathery delights for us to try on. We think we spotted a few of the Confetti Crowd ladies coveting this at Field Day this weekend!

Then there was the clothes! We got to have an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming edits for this season, which is looking so on-point right now! A blogger favourite from the current collection has to be the Elephant Parade Print Komono, as seen on a few of the ladies. Teamed with leggings and a crop or the fab crochet co-ord, its a statement piece that suits everyone’s style. We’re also totally loving the 80’s vibes from the Wave Length print too. The next drop for swimwear is going to be amazing! So many amazing two pieces, prints and styles, you’re going to want to be by the pool all summer!

No summer party is complete without a cocktail, so Funkin Cocktails laid on some super sweet Daiquiris. Paired with the tasty treats from Le Bun the sliders were amazing! We can’t wait for BBQ weather to recreate these! And to top it all off, we had Iona Hart providing super soft sweet treats with their gourmet marshmallows. Tasty and so instagram worthy!

It was great to see so many of our favourite bloggers too, including Megan Ellaby, Sarah Ashcroft, Yasmine Chanel and of course The Confetti Crowd ladies!

To top it all off, there was an ace bag of goodies waiting for everyone, filled to the brim with treats!
